XBOX LIVE - Avatars?

Ok. I've been begging Namco/Rare Ltd and any company associated with the name on Twitter to tell me if there will be XBOX Live Avatar items available when this game comes out? Specifically, can one buy Avatar Star Trek themed items with MS Points? Please someone with the company/game provide the information or direct me where I can beg for this to happen. With all the trekkies/trekkers/fans that play videogames, there should be a lot of purchase power for these items. It's a win/win -for everyone. Make it so!

I would most certainly partake in this were it to come to pass, and given some of the more obscure peripherals available for purchase via the marketplace, one could surmise that it would be a profitable endeavor for all concerned.

I have to agree. I've always been disappointed by the lack of Star Trek themed items for the Xbox Live Avatars. I would most certainly buy them if such item became available.

Yeah, howsabout some PSN avatars while you're at it. I'd buy a Spock Prime avatar for sure.

Lets not forget kinnect support. No other game should have better kinnect then Star Trek...they were made for each other :-)

If not avatars, how about new gamer pics/themes?

I've had the gamerpics from Star Trek Legacy - fed pic pack, and from the STAR TREKAC...would pay for more.

Thanks for starting this post. I am all for Xbox Avatar items and with this new game launch, it would be an excellent time to launch Star Trek Avatar items on the Xbox Marketplace.

Wonder if this game will also help re-spark of Micro Machine sized ships again. 😉

I was just scouring XBox Live for Star Trek stuff... No luck... So a quick google search... and I found this thread.

I would love a gold "Kirk shirt." Even if it was just a yellow t-shirt with the delta, like the ones they sell on thinkgeek (http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/adf2/).

A phaser would be nice too.

Maybe a little flying/"remote control" Enterprise.

And I'd totally buy the suggestion someone made earlier of a transporter beam out and back in effect.
